thats true ruderalis finishes fast under any photoperiod and stays small .. .ruderalis strains produce little / no thc, but don't apply that to lowryder

lowryder is a hybrid of ruderalis and some other strains... i think a NL of some kind is in there and williams wonder, i forget what else

the point is that the ruderalis in lowryder is not that evident. you can breed anything down to isolate a trait, and thats all they did with lowryder, was isolate the autoflowering trait, it still produces very nice smoke, maybe not cup winning smoke, but good enough to match or beat anything you find in a baggie. alot of people talk shit on lowryder simply because it has ruderalis in it, sayin it is low potency and whatnot, definately not true. there are also 2 new hybrids (master low and power stout) that are both autoflowering and higher potency than the original lowryder... . all autoflowering plants will finish between 1-2' tall... . since the higher potency varieties are out now, i would suggest going with one of them over lowryder just because they are better smoke than lowryder..... however lowryder should be potent enough to keep most of us happy

sure, if you're a hardcore pot snob who grows nothing but cup winners then you will probably not be happy with lowryder, but for the average person who would like a couple tiny plants to hide in the landscaping it is a great strain

last i checked lowryder seeds were not expensive, maybe $45 for a 10 pack at drchronic... and i know the other 2 autoflowering hybrids are available at seedboutique, i am about to try out this powerstout for my next grow
