In South africa, condoms packs are marked with the SABS seal. The SABS is the South African Beaureu(sp) of Standards. This seal indicates that the condom has passed stringent testing in one or more of the four categories (SAEP):

That one common STD is HIV/AIDS. I don't know which one the guys are graced with. Those 7 STD's can be contracted from just genital skin contact and one of them, HPV (not a misspelling...Human Papaloma Virus), can be transmitted from contact anywhere between the middle thigh and bellybutton.
