I tend to agree with the authors of a college textbook on the issue of STIs than a dude on cannabis.com
Reduce the transmission, not prevent it alltogether.

When Condom people were being interrogated by congress about the effectiveness of condoms, they said (this is straight from the tapes) "Condoms only prevent HIV in both men and women, all the other STD's may still be transmitted." "Well, then why don't you tell people that?" "Because it will kill young women!" "What do you mean?" "Well, if we tell the public that the condom only prevents ONE STD, they are likely to stop using them and throw away any beneficial effects of having one on."

Don't think I don't know how I got my information, man.

Try thinking about sex in terms of tap water. Unfiltered tap water can be generally safe. However, filtered (like Brita) water, while not always stopping every impurity , is probably safer then tap water...
Does it make sense? It is stupid not to use something that is cheap, effective, highly customizable, and very slightly uncomfortable just because it isn't 100% effective at doing everything. Condoms are probably one of the most important things to get out in the world right now

first of all, condoms just plain suck ther'es no ifs, ands or buts about it, they take all the 'guys' fun out of it, and if we didn't need to get off periodically, there would probably be no need for sex in the first place. second of all, all the ones me and my wife get are lubricated.... o.0 you must be gettin some fucked up info, or whoever you heard from has a cheap ass doctor/clinic.
