Medicinal Marijuana?

Ok, I'm watching this episode on Montel, it's about medicinal marijuana..now she mentioned "It's not street marijuana, it's medicinal marijuana" or something like this so, I never was listening for medical marijuana, I was always looking at cannabis for the potency and shit so I'm wondering...what's the difference between medical marijuana and the shit I see on seed sites? Are there specific strains that are used for medicinal purposes? Also, as I was watching this episode I finally realized that it's not just for recreational purposes and spiritual purposes, it actually is a healer and it does help people..If you ask me the government is childish to just come in and destroy plants that are grown for medicinal purposes, it's clear that these people really need it, just as much as some people need the pills they are prescribed to, so why are they against it?

The thing is medicinal marijuana is very potent, especailly if its grown by a cannabis club. Street marijuana can be as potent too....the truth is, it matters who grows it, how well it is grown, and where you are getting it from.

There are some strains that people do smoke for certain problems but i couldnt tell ya wat they are because i smoke "street marijuana" haha or whatever the fuck they wanna call it.

Medicinal Marijuana usually has high cannabidiol content, aimed at effecting the body, but they can make it anyway that they want to. Especially, if it's the psychoactive properties that are needed the most.

nah, the only difference is cannabis is legal for those with a license and living in an enlightened state. other than that it's the same...except for california there are no stores to go to and buy it and that is precisely why cali if having probs with the feds. all other legalized states let people grow and/or posses but beyond that we're on our own to provide it for ourselves. iow, our stock comes from the exact same places as anyone else...

I've never found any "medical" clubs in my area, but I would think that they provide more standardized product(s).

I've also heard that some people prefer Indica over Sativa for various medical conditions, and vice versa.

If you don't know what you're doing I guess that the best thing is to have hybrids, or both, lol.

I'd be perfectly happy with some good black hash (i.e. Nepanese) - but that's been unavailable (to me at least) for many years.

The great part (I think) is that all of my injuries, including the pain, stem from my head-injury, so the sativa strains are what I need.

The fucked up part is that I live like this.
