Can i go to the department of lisencing to get an ID Card if i have a bench warrant outt for my arrest?? Will they even be able to see that?? Would they turn me in without me knowing??

Alright I am sure that will be able to see that warrant.And since they are goverment affililiated they more than likely would I will look into this some more for positive confirment.I rember going there to get a license and they saw my record.

You might want to call and check on that. Seriously, call and ask them like you're trying to find out for someone else or something.

I don't know what state you live in, but in lots of them, all the different law enforcement systems (police, sheriff, constable, department of public safety/transportation) get flagged when there are warrants and they may well take you in if you show up there. These might only be felony warrants, not misdemeanor bench warrants. It'd certainly be worth looking into before you risked it, though.
