Where to get seeds

Hi, I was wondering if there is anyone around Virginia that I can get seeds, if not, what are some good seedbanks online, that ship safely, and a way that I wont get caught.

OMG this is something that atleast one person a day ask on this forum...use the search button, as its there for a good reason...try drchronic.com for your seeds, they are great

Ive used www.buydutchseeds.com no problems, took almost a month to receive order but that was within their stated time frame.

Cuz some sites suck ass and take 30 days to ship, and some can ship within 4 days. If I wait a month to get seeds, my plants will suck, starting them in july.

What is a smaller type of plant that produces good nugs? I'm about to buy some seeds, but there is such a big variety. Try and hook me up with one that doesnt get all that big. Also, this is for outdoor.
