where did I go wrong with these??

what did i do wrong with this plant?? i started out with 3 seeds...........2 of them came out looking like this, their leaves are all shrivled up..........they actually started like this, like the edges of their leaves were glued together on the top was this something I did?? my 3rd plant looks great and i didn't do anything different with it.....sorry if this doesn't make much sense i'm blazed

i ahd one the same the second set of leaves just shriveld up from the middle out and died.......no nutes or nothing ...dunno why

looks like over watering to me.

only water once evry 3 days and some seeds come out bad so ..
