    First time grow help

Hey guys. Here's the deal. I REALLY want to grow some bud in my dresser. It is pretty safe as my parents don't check it at all. I want to grow the LowRyder strain because of the height and smell. I plan on growing it in my 2 compartment dresser. I use the main compartment for storage really. Main compartment measures about 30 inches wide and about 31 inches high. I am planning on growing just about 4 plants in soil and using the 125w EZHydro Saturn bulb. As for yield, the LowRyder strain only produces about 7-11 grams per plant which kind of sucks, but it grows no more than a foot so it is great for security! If I am lucky, I could pull off a half ounce per plant! I have the odor problem taken care of. I plan on cutting out a hole in the back so the wires from the light can come out and I will have a little fan going on in there for ventilation. Because it's a 125w light, they said it will give off very little heat, but you can never be too careful.

I was wondering what should be the first steps I should take to making this a reality?

I am just really wondering about how to prevent starting a fire. The electrical shit in my house is pretty good as we remodeled it like 10 years ago with all updated shit. I don't think I could forgive myself if I started a fire because of growing weed.

Any help or advice is much welcomed!

You're going to need more then just a 125w light. Also I would advise NOT to grow in your home if your parents dontk know a thing. There's alot of little details your leaving out, where are you going to leave the soil bags, where are you going to hide the nutrients, etc. Much Much easier doing outside for you.

yeah he has a very good point... alot of the small things are things that you are probably overlooking...there is plenty of time to grow in you life time...plus is getting busted by your parents worth maybe an ounce?? (LR is very low yeilder as the average ive seen is about 14g) Just think about it...

True. Maybe I can just put the excess soil bags in the trunk of my car. I am here during the day and my parents aren't. Hopefully I will be out of my house soon enough so I could convert my dresser into a big grow box.

As for outside, I live in a city so there are really no good places to grow bud. We have mountains, but you have to park your car and walk. Cops look for parked cars on roads and highways. They know growers are out. Perhaps I can scout a few places to grow.

My grandmother lives out in the country and has pretty big property. Maybe just passed her borders I can get some decent seeds and just plant them and see what happens at the end of the fall.

Ya know if they would just legalize the damn plant it would help a lot!!!
