Just make sure to show your plant a good time before you violate her. Give her a good watering spiked with nutes to make it easier for you. Just make sure she doesn't catch you smoking her sister...otherwise she may never let you near her again.:s2:

And in a way, you'd kind of be making love to your plants, and the plant might recognise the semen, and determine to be a female. If it's a male, then it would be a homosexual, since homosexuality occurs in nature. If the plant would turn out to be a hermie, then it was probably just confused.
