i have a couple rentals ready to go right now (well, one is ready now and the other will be by the end of the month) but you'll need a job or some way to pay the rent and utilities. figure about 500/mo for everything...(350 rent).

good luck finding a landlord willing to front...lol, it just doesn't happen, unless there's an uncle buried in the background that has property not in use (i was lucky enough to get a deal like that in early 20's...)

btw, las vegas is still the place for job hunters and there's a large subdivision just started up 40 miles south of here that needs help...it's a 20-some year developemnt too...iow, long-term employment for little-non-skilled workers. vegas is an 80 minute drive...and some service jobs available in this little town. nothing that'll get ya rich but enough to pay the bills anyway...
