I have 4 plants 3 of which I am sure I can get into fruting/budiing well enough. The last plant is a bit small. Does it hurt the plants that are ready to stay in 20/4 light so the other one can catch up?

look at it this way do you want three huge plants and one average or 3 average and one small. think about space and the light. it might be better to let the small one be smaller. it not going to hurt the plant just cause it small it will still mature just not be as big. good luck! oh you could also trim or tie down the larger ones if they do get to big, maybe take clones from them if you want
