I am an asthma patient (with quite severe asthma, at that) and am also a moderate user of cannabis. I personally notice for about a week after a joint my asthma seems a bit less active. I am already on several meds for asthma (singulair, flovent, albuterol). MJ however does seem to help quite a bit along with these.
