Dizziness flush

Does anyone get this when their toasted?

Sometimes I'll feel real dizzy and almost see stars.
usually i just crash on my bed
its a real head rush, but usually goes away in a few seconds

yeh iv had that a couple times before
Like about 20sec after i stand up from havn a fat sesh, my vision jus blacks out a bit n feel dizzy as fuck for bout 5 seconds, its more than a little headspin though, but nuthn similar to trippin out....who knows?
