yeah im not lying, Nor am I retarded as all of my fucking friends are telling me.. the guy was speeding out of an alleyway and I was riding my bike down the sidewalk going like 10 mph.. my tire pops and smashes in.. great. Looking to see if anything happend to me and I dont see anything just that my knees a bit sore. So the guy stops and sees if I'm fine. Then some lawyer or something in law starts chewing this guy up telling him that what he did was illegal takes his plate # asks me if I'm alright. I'm like yeah just my knees sore. Then he tells me my shorts are soaked.. great my worse fear.. cutting myself. So there's blood everywhere. The guy gives me a ride home. And here I am. Now a cops coming and the last thing I want to do is talk to a cop. My mom wants to take me to the hospital but I'm deathly afraid of them. and god damnit why am i so unlucky

I'm sorry about that, too, Up in Smoke, but I agree with these others that you need to go ahead and tell your story to the police. What if that car who hit you has a bad history of doing this to others? You also need to go get that knee seen about by a doctor or at the emergency room, and you typically need to do that within 72 hours. The driver's going to be liable for the damage.

Actually, from the sound of things, it sounds as if you're quite lucky indeed. That accident could have been much worse.
