I already use protein shakes daily lol. As of now, I'm doing the whole six meals a day thing, taking in mainly protein (although I do also eat a lot fo fresh fruits and whole grains). I also regularly take a multivitamin. As for the workout, I am training mainly my upper body right now, working out 3 days a week. I alternate between muscle groups each day, as well as doing mainly aerobics the third day fo the week. Oh, and I'm also drinking a LOT of water.

I'll be sure to look into those two supplements though, thanks!
