What's a "bullet"?

The closest it would look like from a pot perspective is a chillum. It opens up so you can put the coke in, and you close the screw to keep the coke in there. When you want to snort it, you switch the arrow the other way, and kinda flick the bullet (hold on to the hole, so none spills) a little bit until a little is on the top, and you snort away. Again, it's pretty wasteful, but at concerts, ideal.

$300 you know how much drugs you could have gotton for that much ca$h, like common pissing away that much cash to buy something to do the drugs comes of as stupid to me. Thats why I stick to a rolled up dollar bill or a straw.
