ive noticed that people that have said their 13 have been baned how old do you have to be to come on this site?

Every time i come home high he grabs my head and looks into my eyes. I know that he smokes weed but idk if i shood tell him that i do. im not sure if he already knows and i dont wanna get in trouble.
