change the light cycle to 12:12 soon and it should be flowering after about 2 months and you shoud havee a nice smoke what variety is it

Ignore him, don't change it to 12/12, its too small.

I see you're using a regular (incandescant) lightbulb, that is no use whatsoever for growing, thats why your plant is skinny and kinda pathetic, it may suffice at the moment but not only is it being EXTREMELY wastefull of your electricity your plant isn't going to get much better than that.

Simply changing that bulb to a compact fluorescant (energy saving bulb as we call them in the UK) and lowering it will increase your chances of success.

It's a 70w sodium bulb .. Is it any use ????????????????????????????????

As you can see the plant is streching,its tall and skinny.The plant is looking for a stronger light source.You need to get a stronger light.

seedlings dont really like sodium lamps.too much red.. hence the stretching.
seedlings like blue light like halide or cool blue floros.

get yourself some floros they are quite cheap
and put your floro about an inch from the top of the plant for 18 hours a day.

I agree, ligth = energy, You can get more green mass weigth per foot tall with more ligth, the plant will be shorter but with more or biger leaves.
