Another thing I'd like to mention, is get those plants in some pearlite if/when you can. 30% is what I'd recommend, that soil looks like it's going to eventually get really packed and caked together making her roots difficult to grow.

When a potting soil mix says there's pearlite added, there's more often than naught, hardly enough for our oxygen loving mary jane roots.
