Think about if he told his parents after getting kicked out of school he was going to "Jimmy's" to hang out.

In actuality, he's taking a baseball bat to the back of some kid who snitched on him.

The kid goes to the cops saying he got the shit kicked out of him by the same kid he snitched on.

The kid that got his ass kicked, his story checks out with the OTHER kid's parents when they find out he wasn't at "Jimmy's".

Really the alabi doenst even matter unless they have evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it. Saying he was on the moon at the time of the incident even though impossible wouldnt matter unless the police had proof that he did it and i doubt that the guys left their bats laying out there with their IDs stapled to the handle. The burden of proof is on the prosicution and weather he was where he said or not it wouldnt matter in this case where there is no evidence other than the victems statement and his brused snitch body.

I hate snitches as much as the next person. But for 1.violence is bad. 2. You give weed a bad name by doing shit like that, and 3.you or your friends had no right to punish him for what he did only a higher power has that right [if there is one].
you should never hit someone unless they hit you. What he did was wrong but what you did is just as bad if not worse.

That is fucking pathetic kid. Can't beat him up yourself and second they used bats. Now I don't like cops, but I believe your friends should have been arrested and thrown in jail. You made a dumbass mistake and you payed for it. The snitch payed for it probably to the edge of his life. I hope you feel real good about it. The thing here that pisses me off is that I know those kids would never get in trouble for making the snitch suffer. I had a friend that got stabbed five times and nearly bled to death just because they didn't like him and the DA said he wouldn't go after them, because the most he would be willing to give them was assault and it wasn't worth it.

I hope someday you get jumped and beat to the edge of your life or maybe beyond the edge. People who think violence is the answer make me sick.

Look, assholes - Beating the shit out of somebody is Not Cool, under ANY circumstances. Yeah, he fucked up your life, but he has to live with that now. Trust me - I learned the hard way. It was back in '03 - 7th grade. I knew and hated this skater stoner named Cory. I despised him, and he despised me. I was the classic hippie-reeferhead, he was a skater in love with Green Day. So I decided that it would be funny if I told a teacher he had weed on him. Now, I knew he always had weed on him, but I thought the teacher wouldn't do anything cause that school was lax as shit. Next thing I know, here's this kid I used to hate walking out of school in handcuffs and on his way to juvie for 30 days, not to return to school for a year. He got two years probation. (Of course, he had a 3/4 ounce sac in his back pocket, but I didn't know!) I have felt horrible about that to this day. Being the snitch asshole sucks balls, and I got the shit beat out of me. I felt I almost deserved it, but violence is wrong, and no one deserves it. The knowledge that a perfectly decent human being was now ruined for a long time was bad enough.
