well although airoponics and deep water culture are both good!, i do feel a simple flood and drain tank is the most simple and economical to run, the whole of the pot of arlita is flooded with oxygen rich sollutions every three hrs or so, and the results are outstanding, never had a problem achieving excelent results and very good harvests!,,,
i would like to move to setting up a couple of rainforest sprayers to a couple of my tanks, and flower in that way! using bigger basckets.
basically choosing a type of system is a matter of taste, money, and understanding! for a begenier simplicity is a must! the bubblers can be good and are simple in some ways!,, but if you want optimum results you still need to check and correct PH and EC regularily, and the water quality is just as important,so you dont have to se up a timer to feed! big deal! all other paremeters are the same!,,,,
all hydro grows give on average one third more crop than in soil in the same conditions!. and normally will harvest one week sooner, and grow one week sooner than in soil!
so just going hydro,,in any way will give you numerous addvantages over soil, wether you choose aero flow, dwc, nft. ebb and flow, flood and drain, irigation, aeroponics, pasive feeds, wickfeeds, gravity feeds, aqua farms,is irrelevant,,the newest system is aeroponics, so all the excitement is surounding that right now!. choose one!, stick to it!, learn it! , get good at it!

and grow some megga crop!

welcome to the world of endless possibilties,,,,,hydroponics!

have fun!
