Kiwi's Cove
Its the start of summer here so there heaps of water sports and shit to do. We have our own beach access down though the vineyard and we have a boat for water skiing. So if any of you get sick of your winter come on over and have summer in "THE LAND OF THE LONG WHITE CLOUD'.

Aye, but a man cannae do nought but dream lol
Nice place you have too, Kiwi - it looks very tranquil.
There is a place near where I live, called 'Deer's Leap'. It is the highest point on the Mendip Hills, and the views are spectacular. You can watch weather fronts moving in from the sea, dragging their mist and rain like a curtain across the valley below. It is my contemplation glade.
See, for all our intelligence and power, in the face of Nature, we are humbled.
And she'll be here long after us mere mortals have vanished.

I was just thinking that I should post some pics lol....If I had any!
Don't worry, I will endeavour to get some
It is one of those places where the weather doesn't matter, you know?
If it's sunny and clear, you can see for miles - from Glastonbury Tor to the west, right across to the Bristol Channel (on a really good day, you can just make out the docks of Cardiff.
Conversely, if the day is stormy, you can watch the weather fronts come in and see some awesome cloud formations.
And at night...well, you'd be amazed at how crowded the heavens are - millions of stars, and satellites, and of course, the beautiful Moon, of which I have so much affinity with.
Yes, I will get piccies lol
