I can't stand gyms but climb once or twice during the week and most weekends. Is a very cool activity as it is very mental and very physical as well. I find tripping has helped enormously in the mental side of things as you need to keep your mind from freaking out when you are tripping balls and you need to keep your mind together when you are facing a 40 foot fall if you fuck up... which has happened a few times luckily with no injuries. The euphoria you get at the top of a hard climb beats any drug I have ever done and the afterglow can last for days.
