Yes, I exercise as a way to escape the stress of the world. More specificly, I play soccer/football to do this. It's my meditation. I also feel it gets someone in the best overall shape. It involves long runs, short sprints, and extreme agility. Without it, I would be lost.

I do lift on the side, but only for soccer. I'm not doing it to get swole or whatever, but to improve the muscle groups used in the game. If I get too bulky, I wouldn't be effective on the pitch.

Exercise people! Personally, I don't want to end up another statistic of being the fattest country in the world. Gotta love America.
