yes, free weights, weight machines and ride bicycle, walk... have been slacking off lately but going to get back on hard... out of weed two days now and will not smoke now that i'm back into weight training... want to gain ten pounds muscle weight... may stay away from c.c for awhile... think about smokin when i'm here...
