i ride my eliptical 3 days a week or try to at least but thats about it, i need more weight training or else i wont b bikini pretty cause i sure aint right now, lol....

Yeah I try and go to the gym 3 times a week, havent been in 2 weeks though
Im too lazy, but Im going to start back tomorrow because I was noticing a big difference (more toned)

Yeah, Healthy body = Healthy mind

i lift weights, do some cardio, plus i skate so that helps.
i eat healthy...swim and stuff like that.

the only exersize i get is when i am runnin from a cop car i see when i am drunk and high(not fun i kept fallin) butr other then that i play soccer so i stay pretty fit
