It's always so hard to answer questions like this since it's such a subjective thing, everybody's different, etc...

But at the Toronto Compassion Centre, for instance, we've found generally that for anxiety related disorders, sativas can actually be quite problematic. Due to the 'stimulating' 'up-high' psychoactive effects of Sativas, they can often make such scenarios worse.

Sorry to contradict others trying to help out, but I feel compelled to suggest that you should be open to the options, do a little careful experimentation, and consider trying as pure as possible Indicas (Afghani #1 and Black Domina and Ultimate Indica are nice as far as I've experienced).

Of course, there are very few true Sativas out there, and it would be interesting to see how a pure Thai for example would treat you, compared to something like a Skunk #1, compared to the more Indica varieties mentioned above and other 'crosses.' If you get an opportunity to do a little comparative experimentation, it sure would be interesting if you shared your findings
