wind swept and mold.

Ok i have these 2 tall plants that are swelling to perfection, lastw eek i noticed some bud mold and i carfully removed the branches that are affect, removed the mold and smoked what pot wasnt affected, now we are having a huge wind storm and my plants blew over about half way, so a staked them up the best i could and i noticed some more mold, My question is am i better off picking out the mold as i go and waiting for the plants to finnish or am i better off getting what i can befor its too late.... Or will the plants even continue to live after being blown over o.O im really stumped cus i dont know much about mold and up untill now it was my best year ever and i would really hate to pick them immature o.O and the hairs just started to turn with in the last few days.

dont really matter if the hairs start to change. u can either pick early or everyday cut the mold off
