I'm telling you, breath through your nose. You don't need to deplete the active cannabinoids by passing them through water.

It has been proven by a couple of studys that weed dosent kill brain cells :dance: and that it actually promotes growth of some sort of brain cell. Also right now im high as shit so idk

pot doesnt kill braincells, but lack of oxygen does....

What im saying is that i think you should hold your hit for a few seconds... if you get light headed, let it out... im not saying that you should ghost every hit

Its all in your head, dont even let the thought of coughing enter your mind, BLOCK IT. Make the pain of the heat in your lungs be just that, HEAT. Think of it only as a burning not as an iching, or a "I need to cough" feeling. It works and since youll be high, it easier to tell your brain to do the shit you want.

That's actually what I do. I don't really take hugeass hits or anything, but I still get the urge to smoke, I and I just tell myself that I don't need to cough and that it's just a little bit of heat. That, or I keep a glass of icewater at hand just in case.

But putting ice in the bong could help, it cools the hit and won't hit your lungs/yourself as hard, but also when you do put ice in the bong the smoke will not want to come to the top as easily....because as the simple saying is, "Hot air rises, Cool air lowers..."
