yea i dont think i smoked too much or too fast tho. cuz we always smoke that much. i duno it was weird. i dont think it was the food either because it was more of an internal panic attack. the throwing up was a result of the panic.

You smoked too much and got paranoid. Just remember that you can't die from a panic attack and if you think you're about to get busted remind yourself that you're just high and enjoy the ride.

I used to get REALLY bad panic attacks, like I would just get way to high and I would start trippin hard, but their better now. But once my high got so intense and panic-ey that I started losing touch with reality like everything seemed surreal somehow, I got so bad I thought I was laced with PCP.

Sorry to hear about this, Fan O, and I hope you're OK now.

If you don't feel like it was because of the weed, I get a good sense that you know what you're doing there. Folks do get panic attacks just outta nowhere even when they've not smoked anything. So it may be that you just had an anxiety attack plain and simple and would have had it even if you hadn't smoked. I've had them for no reason, and I know they're miserable. That I'm-gonna-die feeling is the worst.

If it happens again, you can always get meds to help them. Sometimes they have to do with phobias on some level. And sometimes they're just isolated. But I wouldn't wish one of those on anyone. Hope you're back to your normal self now!

I had a similar experience when I smoked a shitload of bull rider really fast like 4 FAT bowls in rapid succesion. I didn't ralph but I started tripping out and thinking about death and shit. I sat in silence with my eyes buggin out for like an hour.:stoned:
