I wouldn't want my kids smoking at all until they finish highschool, or maybe their senior year. Every kid I know that started smoking early is a loser now, and isn't doing anything with their life.

In 17-20 year olds, smoking cannabis "lightly" showed a greater-than five point raise in IQ. Former users showed a 3.+ raise. Non-users showed a 2.+ raise. And heavy users showed a decline.

Every kid that I know has a college diploma, at least.

Good thinking. Great time to start them smoking pot so they can get behind the wheel of their first car stoned. Now that's great parenting. I also find it amusing you would actually offer your 16 year old child a joint. And we wonder why the youth is so fucked up in this country. Parenting has gone to shit.

since you don't own your children, it's not a matter of letting them smoke weed or not, if they are truly free and will do what they want!

but it's much better to raise em with love and be straight up with them. tell them the truth and they will survive much better.

also, take your kids to all the reggae shows you can! let make their own friends, they will love you more for it!
