This is the date, if it suits everyone.The mods wont be judging for us because of legal reasons so we need a judge or two ,so any volunteers?
I think they are under the impression that we want trophies or prizes lol. Thats not what me and mobay were meaning.We were talking about a bit of fun or something to look forward to. Its for all the growers who are doing a grow for Xmas anyway. We can all start on august the Th as this suits the moons phases( lol )so everyone can see if this does make a difference.We can do it by grams per watt like turtle has suggested or any other ideas can be bounced about. So keep them coming.so everyone who wants to participate just posts on this thread. So we need all entries in by August the Th if we are going to go ahead with this. let me or mobay know what you all think cause whether it happens or not we will be starting our grows on August the Th to be ready in time for Xmas if there is enough people that want to participate. Then we will start to write up the rules. the postman.

sounds good to me, lets do it. its not all the mods that didnt like the idea only DEL. shit nobody was asking for a damn trophy, was asking for someone just to sit back and take site on what we have all learned being on this forum. as some of the mods see that we have learned alot here, and we would like to show them what a excellent site this is on growing. Zandor has helped out big time in the indoor growing thread. so i would think that he wouldnt mind overseeing what his input has tought us in here.

last christmas was crazy in the forums with all the scamming being done by TC. Del didnt step in and have this member banned, and he was the overseer on the indoor forums. just let all that shit go down like that. TC even called him a dick , but he still didnt do anything. now we are here to have a little fun this time around. so all i have to say is that i am in.

cool mate ,i don't know what the problem is but he seems to think that it will cause problems. i don't want no trophy as i would give anyone my address or even my county so i don't see how they could get a trophy to me when i win it lol. we will have to sort out how we are going to work it . we would have to do it by gram per watt like turtle said.Like how many grams you can achieve with a Watt hps and so on and so on. anyway everyone start firing in ideas as we will have to sort this out before the start date and we will have to start a thread for entries. the postman.

i am unclear... so is this like a grow contest? if so more details please.... i know there is no winnings or anything... but just a fun comp. right?

even though i am a new grower.... i think i would like to participate, i have learned so much info from here.... and results are that it is easy to grow but the difficult part is getting a higher yield than "just growing".

fuck yeah dave.....you know im down for it.....u guys wanna know something crazy a lot of friends and people that i know have said that THE WORLD IS GUNNA END on August 26. Because the Aztecs stopped their calendar on that day and it is their last moon phase( like u mentioned dave ) but i however do not believe this. I will be setting up a grow and smokin a FAT ASS DOOBIE

it sounds like a great idea but IMO i see a lot of people on this thread with stealth grows and such so are you goign to have two different groups one with a certain size box or grow area like say 3'x3' or less in one group and anything larger in the other? cause the size of the grow rom depends on the yield cause it depends on how big the plant can get overall. are you doing indoor compared to outdoor?

love the idea but i think it's only limited to certain situations people are in

i would say lets just have a grow all from seeds, on this day. that way we can see all methods of growing. a thread with pics and a few words. damn it would have been good to start the grow on 9/11 for the WTC victims, a day we all will never forget. like now i have to look at my calender to figure out the day i started, but with 9/11 who would forget that date?

hey i'm down. ... by that time i should have completed my first grow, and learned lots of do's and dont's...
learning so much everyday just reading different articles all over the place, including these boards..
but hell yeah, i am in.. can we grow whatever seed we want, or are we growing from clones?
at the end everyone can just sit back and enjoy the holidays, nice and stoned.. from their own product...

is this going to be the " official " thread to follow or the other one that was posted?
