Lighting Switchboards for continuous ballast running?

Just curious if anyone runs, and knows where to get, a lighting switchboard which would allow me to run my ballasts constantly once my flowers hit 12/12... granted they do need to be in seperate rooms. What do these cost and are they worth the investment if i have the space?

Also, I was looking in to the Lumatek 750 watt digital ballasts which run both MH and HPS and was curious if anyone knows if you are suppose to just run 600 watt MH since they dont make 750 watt MH's?

Any advice would be welcome. :stoned:

There usually called FlipFlop Boxes and they work with relay's/contactors many hydro shops sell them but for 4 light flip the go for like 400 bucks total ripoff when you can build one yourself from 150 to 200 or less if you just want to flip say 2 l000 watter's. I tried to get info on how to build one but dont know what type of relay I need if I knew the relays I could build one and make a how to............check picture to see what one looks like.......
