there is no comparison, tobacco is sprayed with chemicals starting when its a sprout then its pumped full of chems and preservatives and then put in thick white paper with a fibre glass filter....

weed grows naturally from the ground and has NO unnatural shit in it....

acrca Reviewed by acrca on . health class ok so we're learning about drugs, smoking and drinking in health class, and today we say a video of what the inside of your body and what your lungs look like from smoking lotsa cigarettes, and it was fucked up, they had a heart like twice the size, and the throat had a whole buncha holes and shit in it. I was wondering if marijuana fucks up your inside from smoking too much, cuz I was just thinking since i burn it like everyday. I dont smoke cigarettes, but I hear from people that support Rating: 5
