If you possibly can, make sure you do a lot of petting and stuff before you even get into the sexual situation--and do that lots of times. Again, do this on several episodes before you even get in the situation where you're going to have intercourse.. Make sure she can come successfully through petting (with your hand) before you set your expectations on her having an orgasm during your first time.

It takes girls/women a good bit longer to get to where sex works for them. And the truth is, most girls don't come the first time they have sex. One thing to understand about men and women when it comes to sex.

Men seek to end their pleasure or get to the point, or orgasm. Or if you imagine a graph with a 45 degree ramp up with a sharp drop off.

Women seek more to extend their pleasure, much like a graph with a slow ramp-up, then a plateau with variable spikes then a gradual decline.

The majority of the sex response nerves are on the outside and terminate and intertwine in points in the g-spot and epicenter.
