Flush for 2 weeks. Your friend is right.
the plant will look pretty dead by the time it's done and ripe.
A magnifing lens with a light on it. Helps . You need to look in the grow FAQS.
Water with alot of water like Lip said. But not 6 gallans. Thats way too much. Just use about double what you usually water with.
No, the idea is it all goes though and out of the bottom, to wash the soil of the nutes...

I supose everyone has differnt ways, i mean, its always worked for me, every single time ive grown, and also i think Swizzy does it this way, not sure though.
LIP Reviewed by LIP on . FLUSHING OUT NUTRIENTS!!! HELP! I need your help please. I am currently "flushing" the plant, as it is ready to harvest. I have been using PHd water with ZERO nutrients in it for a week and 3 days now. How do I know when it is completely flushed of that cr@p? A friend of mine who has grown in the past told me to wait until there is no more green in the leaves, they all die and turn yellow. Is that true, or am I killing the potency of the bud by doing that? How long should I flush? Am I doing it right? When Rating: 5
