Several Questions

Hello everyone. I am a newcomer here and I just wanted to clear some things up with those of you who have been kind enough to share your knowledge with the rest of us.

First off, here is my situation:
I smoked a blunt on May 15th, then another on the 17th. I am not a freqeunt user, maybe about once/twice a month, and the last time i smoked before the 15th was about a month ago. My drug test is on June 1st, which gives me about 19 days of clean time. The test I am being administered is a preemployment test by Quest diagnostics(should be just urine). I am 5'10, 175lbs, and have a mediocre metabolism. What do you think are my chances of passing?

Now for my more specific questions:
1) Does sweating (by spending time in saunas etc) help to reduce the THC count in my body?
2) Now that I have about a week left, should I eat more calories or less?
3) With a week left, should I continue to exercise or no?
4) Diluting my piss and drinking Vitamin B tablets have made my urine look a little unnaturally neon colored. Will this be grounds for my urine sample to be dismissed or no?
