    hi berny,

    Thanks for your input.
yes I guess they could well go for another month too, though keep in mind that I only have 1 light, nothing more nothing less and the plant will get 2 - 3 times bigger in flowering, so I'll be fine with 10-20g dried worth anyway

That would bridge the next 4 months for the next crop easily.

    Cheers,
    Carisma

    hey sjacobs,

thanks for input. Interestingly, the distance between the nodes has decreased by alot since I took them under the CFL(from the balcony). It's about 1cm and I'm even unable to top it without cutting other leaves. Some of the leaves appear to have only little space to come out there.. maybe I shoult put the light a bit higher, it's about 4 -6cm above the top.

The soil is http://www.ricoter.ch/de/sortiment/Z...e.php?navid=38 (german, sorry)

Let's try to translate: PH 6.5, steamed to prevent infestion of fungus gnats with new soil, contains peat, bark compost, lime, base mineral fertilizer and wood fibre

    Cheers,
    Carisma

I really think it's pretty stupid to have them in the same pot.. Seriously, if both are female, one will be very small, little potency or worst of all, just die..

One of them will get stronger, and will consume more water and nutrients than the other..

Anyway, wether you chose to separate them or not, they are looking good

    Heya PaRaNoIa,

I guess you're right about that, I know. I had my first grow in several separate pots. Separating is likely impossible by now anyway, I've seen the root of the 3cm plant I took out... it was 15cm! Guess Rhizotonic does help roots a bit. Seriously though, I do not expect both being female, although wishful thinking tells me otherwise.

If they both are, I sure know which one will be let to survive. I like how she looks and seriously the last batch of plants locked alot worse at this stage.

Thing is though, I'm pretty much clueless if I should judge about possible yield. The last one didn't get that far, although female, the temp of the HPS was just too hot(and no, I couldn't have it farther away). The room is 25C and will get hotter when the summer is here. Cooling below intake temperature is not possible for me, so when it's 32C, it's at least 32C there as well.

I'll likely build a better cab for the next grow and will start at a time where intake temperature is no issue at all.(starting end of Sept.)

    Ah well, Cheers,
    Carisma

Here's an update from June 1st.
They'll go into 36h darkness now to induce flowering.
I kinda have to flower them anyway now, as I get a visit from the appartment boss and they need to aerate the heating, thus requiring me to put the plants away into the shower for the next 36hours..

Anyway, I hope they'll continue their growth quest as up to now and seriously hope, they'll not be recognized by the visitors... sheesh..

    Cheers,
    Carisma

    Update from June 5th.
They,ve undergone 36hours of darkness starting from June 1st through June 3rd and are on 12/12 for day 2 now.

Both appear to look fine so far.

    Newsflash with new pictures...

We're at day 6 of 12/12 and both plants, though in the same pot, look great.
I'm unsure what to say about the third and fourth picture... it looks like it's a calyx with a single white hair emerging, but then again, I could be way off.
I'll probably get to see it better in about 2-3 days.

    Cheers all,
    Carisma
