recently i was visiting my granddaughter who lives with her fiance... i asked her about her sex life... if he is a good lover and although she answered yes it sounded more like ho-hum... then she said he was a virgen when she met him... i told her, good he is trainable, and hopefully eager to learn... so i went on line to research some books... i thought buying at amazon would make it simple enough and ordered books... ultimate guides on how to do everything... and more... i thought it would be a discrete purchase... that night i get a call from the bank security about the suspicious activity on my cc... papa answered the phone and got an ear full... so much for discretion... anyway the question is... should i send this material anonymous or with a note... and what is appropiate to say in this situation???

Are you her grandmother? Wow, I wish my grandmom had been someone I could have talked to on that level. I think what you're doing is nice.

I don't think you should send the books anonymously. Just with a nice note that says something like "Thought you might find these informative. I wish I'd had some good information sources like this when I was younger and first getting into relationships." And just keep in mind that she's still young and it'll probably just take her some time, like it does most of us females, to figure out how to get the most out of her sexual experience. The books will probably help!
