Uhm, duh it causes cancer. It's unfiltered smoke. In your lungs. Cigarettes are filtered. But I don't really care, 'cause it's awesome.

Uh, duh, it, like, ummm, is so much more, like, beneficial for you and it all balances out, like, you know, it protects you from Cancer that you haven't even gotten yet.
