Self Lighting Pipe. Possible?

Im just wondering, cuz it would be pretty cool, like common a self-lighting pipe.

I was thinking of making a homemade pipe then putting a hole in the side of the bowl and putting the ends of a BBQ lighter, like the sparker and the butane tube. And then tapeing the part with the butane and the trigger to the shaft. Has anyone done this before, and do you think it will work? Cuz it would be freakin sweet. Rating: 5

fix a magnifying glass to the bowl if the butane sparker doesnt work, they have self lighting pipes at my headshop but i think there more of a novelty

Yea, lighting it yourself can be better if you're low on weed and want to corner the bowl. But a self-lighting piece would be incredible for smoking while driving. Which my friends and I do occasionally on backroads.

there was one in a Cheech n Chong movie that looked like a pistol. All they had to do was pull the trigger and smoke came out the barrel
