They are past it. Get rid of them and get some new seeds.

The light is either dud or way too far up.

Get it closer, but really they are so stretched i doubt they'd be able to get strong enough, even with a fan. You could put them in new pots and put soil up to cover msot of the stems, but the stems might rot.
LIP Reviewed by LIP on . HELP!! First Grow We started with seeds in rockwool cubes in an enclosed growing tray 10 days ago. 6 White Widow seeds and 12 bag seeds. Never imagined we would get all but 3 to sprout!! Now we are concerned because they do not look like most of the pics of seedlings we have seen. They are very tall and spindly, had to tie them up!! and some are kinda yellowish. Keeping the growroom temp at 75 - 80, about 45 - 50% humidity. Circulating fan, plenty of fresh air coming in and excellent exhaust system. Rating: 5
