DeeJohn Reviewed by DeeJohn on . Meditation technique? Anyone have any good meditation techniques to share? Last night I lay down in flat with my arms next to me and my legs straight. Pretty comfy. I tried clearing my mind using a technique a therapist gave me years ago. By counting as I breath, four in four out. The problem with that is I see the numbers in my head as my inner monologue speaks them. Also I think the voice in my head isn't really clearing my mind it's just drowning everything else out.
