Ok, I said that wrong, if 1 out of 136 adults is in prison then 1 out of 142 adults is probably a criminal. I meant to leave out a few percentage points for those wrongly convicted or convicted of victimless crimes.

Oh, and 750K out of 2.2 Million for pot? I have a very hard time believeing that nearly 35% of people in prison are there soley because of weed.

Alabamas drug cases involve Crystal Meth and Heroin..most (not all) are connected with the Crystal Meth epedimic here..not MJ..though Alabamas MJ laws are very harsh..but possession did drop from a Felony to a Misdeamenor in this state last year so that is a positive..for the Bible Belt it is..so how could it be that more lenient States would have a higher rate than the Bible Belt..I don't think your #'s are right on that issue.

But, that is only memory. I go through tons of information on a daily basis, dealing with ALL CONSITUTIONAL ABUSES. 750k may be the total number for drugs.
