Is buying salvia on ebay a good idea or not? Will I get screwed? Is a website more reliable? Ebay looks cheaper to me, but I want to make sure it's good. Also, on ebay I'm not seeing any extracts in the titles. Maybe this is ebay policy. Does the ground up ground stuff qualify as extract? Also, any good ideas on bongs to smoke it out of.
