mobay , what kind of CFL's did u use? I've got a 1000w, but want to try a grow w/ CFL's. ( actually already started one w/ CFL's )..
only thing is though that the hardware stores around here, dont have any that say " cool ", and i read that is what u need for the veg stage...
are u using expensive bulbs ($10+)?

I like the look of the plant under those cfl's.

BUT - 500 watts for one plant that size, seems like alot of power for one plant. A 400 HPS could easily produce 4 plants of this size.
Your total weight is yet to be determined, I doubt that 8.9 ounces is what you will get, more like maybe 2 at the most.

Not trying to be a nay sayer, I really like the thickness of the buds.

gave all fox farm nute, using their feeding charts.

Did u use all 7 nutes from foxfarms listed in my pic below?
I have first 3. didnt know if it was worth it to get other 4

Also did u give veg nutes 7-8th week also as suggested? and did u give big bloom all the way through from seedling as suggested?


Lastly, Why do u think u had better results with cfls than hps?
