I keep my mother in a 2sq.ft. cabinet...
It has three 42watt CFLs on top (fourth one is turned OFF).

I give her Brita filtered water with very, very weak 20-20-20 nutrients. And I mean VERY weak... or she just, GROWS!

For some wierd reason, my mother has "miniaturized" her leaves... ALL her leaves are "miniature" now.

My clone's leaves where also miniature... but, as soon as the hydro started growing, they went back to big leaves.

Hope this helps man...

I only grow indoor 6 months out of the year and I had a question about growing a mother under such circumstances: If I grow a mother, how can I keep it alive and without it growing too much during my off season? Also, could I do the same with clones, where I take clones in the off-season and get them ready to really grow and flower them months later? Rating: 5
