Hall,

I'm happy we're in more better terms now.

As to circuit breakers, don't worry... they can handle it. Big time... you might need to upgrade your breakers to 30A or the big 50A ones... but the circuit breaker will handle it fine.

If you need to change the breakers, don't pay an electrician... go to Home Depot (or some net search) and get an electrical 1-2-3 book. It's a very simple thing to do... just cut off the main power. Don't want to get shocked.

As to the landlord coming around... CHANGE THE LOCKS. ALL of them.
I would say that 145% of the time, the keep copies of the keys... although they tell you that they "don't". Yeah, sure...

For your windows, I suggest you put up some blinds, then build a "box" behind the window... line it up with black foam sound-proofing stuff... then have your air intakes/exhausts through there...

Is it a 1st floor, 2nd, or a highger up number?
If it's a 3rd or higher floor, you're cool. A 2nd and 1st, you gotta be more carefull.

Just two or three thoughts... peace man
