graph Reviewed by graph on 05-23-2006. Renting a house for a large grow op Hey what's up everyone, I need an excuse to tell the property management company for my need to rent a 3 bedroom house. I'm in my mid 20's. If the house is located near a college, I'll say I'm a grad student and will be getting roomates. I don't know if this is a good excuse if the house is located across town from the campus when there's better options available. I could say, "yeah, I want this house because its located next to ___(such and such place)____." But that would mean I Rating: 5
