Renting a house for a large grow op

MaryAnne...she could bake coconut pies. Ginger had to have six strains of clap and would end up looking like Betty Davis in the Baby Jane movie.

And, Halluc, F*CK you for bringing your dark mood here. Now, go take a nap and consider an apology. Maybe have some coconut pie.

You know, coconut is a natural laxative. If they ate nearly as much coconut as it showed on the television show, they all would have suffered from severe diarrhea.

Man, I should have my own show called "I shit you not".

Hey halluc. House grow operations dont neccesarily work all that great in my opinion. If you're going to have an unknowing co-signer she or he is going to see the bills if they rack up too high, and Im guessing they will because you said they're your income. So what you can do to counter-act this problem is to purchase some top of the line generators.

Also , when purchasing the generators make sure they are dam quiet, my good friend and his mates got busted for a 4 house condiminium grow op, 800 plants a house, it was very saddening. I wouldnt like to see all those plants in your house go to waiste

^The electricity bill? Why would my co-signer see the electricity bill? The utilities will be in my name.

    Thanks Knowm,

Yeah more than 3000. I will be renting from a property management company. You need to have a story ready man. It's not going to be like they're going to interrogate me, but at the same time I need to have a good story in case it comes up as to if I'm going to have roomates, etc.

Just being alone with agent who's renting the house out to you...these things will probably be discussed as natural discourse.

Alright mate, I tried to help.

Im assuming your co-signer will be seeing the bill when it racks up because you wont be able to pay all of your bills with that high of an electricity bill.

That is of course what a co-signer is there for right?

Well, say that you will have family members that will periodically stop by, coming in and out of town. Really check out the landlord to see if he's the nosey type, though. You might also wanna invest in a few generators. Remember, the less attention the better.

No man, a co-signer isn't usually there for financial support. Basically if you can't pay your rent (this is entirely seperate from utilities in the U.S.) then the cosigner has to pay on your behalf.

In my case, I'm using a co-signer because like I said, I dont have a job that pays me enough to meet the minimum income requirements to rent a house.

    Graph,
Gasoline for the generators would eat up a good amount of money. I would like to talk to other people that the property management company leases through. I'll be looking for a management company that's as negligent as possible
